Privacy Policy
In short and in plain language: what personal data this website processes, why, and what your rights are.
Who processes your data
The controller is ePropagace s.r.o., Company ID 24734292, registered office Za Mototechnou 1619, Stodůlky, 155 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 169858. Good Boys Agency (GBY) is our brand.
For questions about your personal data, write to us at obchod@gby.agency or by letter to our registered office.
What data and why
Readiness check: your answers are scored right in your browser. They only reach us, and we only store them, if you leave your check result attached to a contact request or ask us to email you the full result.
Contact forms (the contact request below the check result, in the ads block and at the end of the page): your email and, optionally, your name, company, website address, what you are interested in, a description of what you are working on, your check result, if you attach it, and whether you are writing as a builder. We use them only to contact you about an intro meeting or a job you are interested in or, if you are writing as a builder, about working together. Emails you send us directly: your email address and whatever you write in the message. We use them for the same purpose. Requests to email you the result (below the check result): your email and, optionally, your company, your check answers and whether we may contact you. We use them to send you the result and, only if you allow it, also to contact you about an intro meeting.
We call you with an offer only if you tick the box and give us your phone number.
Legal basis
We contact you because you ask us to. These are steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We email you the check result because you ask us to (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Sales calls and contacting you to offer an intro meeting after we send the result are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long we keep your data
Data from contact forms, requests to email you the result and emails: if we do not start working together, no longer than 13 months from our last communication with each other. Data for calls and for contacting you after we send the result: until you withdraw your consent.
Who has access to your data
Only us and the providers who, under a data processing agreement, run our website (Macaly), the server that receives form enquiries (Hetzner, in Germany), our email (Google) and the artificial intelligence tools (Anthropic, OpenAI and Google) for us. Anthropic, OpenAI and Google may also process data in the USA, only with the safeguards that GDPR requires (the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Form and email content may be processed by an artificial intelligence tool: Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI or Google’s language models. It helps us sort each enquiry and prepare a reply. It makes no decisions about you: a person always reads and sends the reply.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
Do you have to give us your data?
No, it is voluntary. Without an email, though, we cannot get in touch with you or send you the result.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. The readiness check is only a pointer and makes no decisions about you.
Visiting this website
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. It only stores in your browser what it needs to work, for example a marker that reloads the page once after a website update. The marker disappears when you close the window. The server and the network the website runs on may briefly keep technical access logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and protected.
To protect the forms against spam, we also store, with each message sent, how long it took to fill in the form. We do not store your IP address with it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
